Ironbark is a favored haunt amongst the locals since 1995, serving freshly topped gourmet pizzas which are rolled out by hand and cooked in a real wood fired oven (not gas assisted) following the rules of the best of Italian tradition.
There is also a comprehensive a la carte menu offering a selection of fresh pasta, meat, seafood and many vegetarian dishes.
Ironbark pioneered gluten and yeast free pizzas on the northern beaches and they are still the only restaurant to make their own gluten free bases; they are also able to cater for many other dietary requirements.
Ironbark is a member of the Australian Coeliac Society.
